1. Savannah, Georgia

This might be my all-time favorite city! Savannah is located along Georgia coastline, giving it the perfect mix of a southern city and ocean. There are so many things to do in Savannah and so much history, wrapped up beautiful views.

Stay in a quaint Airbnb in the historic district or check-out the gorgeous Hamilton-Turner Inn, it is to die for! The historic district offers walkable trips to shops and restaurants.

Be sure to eat at The Olde Pink House, it’s a girl’s trip instagrammable dream!

2. Nashville, Tennessee

I may be partial to Nashville as it is my current home, but it is definitely a great girls trip idea. With amazing restaurants, fun bars, and great shopping, Nashville is the place to be.

If you visit Nashville, be sure to check out these great restaurants:

  • The Southern
  • Kayne Prime
  • Epice
  • The Stillery
  • Saint Anejo

3. Hilton Head Island, South Carolina

Hilton Head Island is the perfect, relaxing beach getaway! Beautiful beaches and fresh seafood…need I say more? Just taking a walk on the island is relaxing, with spanish moss hanging over the trees.

I recommend staying in a rental home or Airbnb in Sea Pines, you can get pretty close to the beach versus a combo or resort. Sea Pines has the best private beaches, plus amazing restaurants in the neighborhood. Check out the best eats in HHI here!

You can head to Savannah via ferry or do a Dafuskie island tour, giving you multiple trips in one! Active activities are big here, like kayaking the marshes or biking on the beaches. There are so many great things to do in Hilton Head!

4. Miami, Florida

Miami is the BEST place to be a little boujee with your girls, after all, the city is known for boujee! It’s the perfect mix of beach relaxation and activities. The best activity imo, is a nice dinner out with the girls and some cocktails at a bar afterward.

Wynwood Walls is a great instagrammable spot in Miami, and there are so many others. Definitely stop by La Mar for dinner and the rooftop bar,Sugar Miami, is amazing for cocktails and watching the sunset.

5. Asheville, North Carolina

Say no more if you are looking for hiking and breweries, Asheville in North Carolina is the place for your girls group. Asheville was actually the very first destination of our girls trip and we LOVED the vibes.

Asheville is known for its many breweries, so make sure you check out Wicked Weed and New Belgium for great beer and fun activities. Weird thing to note, but Asheville also has so many great pizza shops as well. Maybe not weird now that i’m writing this, because what goes better with pizza than beer?! Asheville Pizza & Brewing Co is where we ate, which was fantastic!

6. Orlando, Florida

Okay so if you’ve been following me for a while you know that I used to work at the WDW. And no. I will never share those photos lmfao. BUT Disney World (& Orlando) is a very underestimated girl’s trip and let me tell you why.

Theme parks aren’t just for kids and there is more than just Disney in Orlando, with water parks and Universal. Disney’s epcot is the greatest theme park of all time for those in their twenties, with the foods and drinks from all over the world in one place. And let me tell you one thing I learned from when I worked at Disney, Orlando is a wild ride of a city to go out at night in. Trust me.

7. New Orleans, Louisiana

New Orleans has the best mix of live music and fun, all in one destination that won’t break the bank if you don’t want it to! You can grab some yummy beignets at Cafe Du Monde or Cafe Beignet (both are so good that I don’t have a preference!) or take a tour of the city- there are so many to choose from, from drinking tours to haunted tours.

Brunch is a tradition here in New Orleans, so how can any girls trip here go wrong?! Check out Broussard’s Restaurant & Courtyard for amazing brunch and jazz music.

As always, Mardi Gras is an amazing time to go t New Orleans, but there is still SO much fun to be had all throughout the year.

8. Dahlonega, Georgia

Here’s a girl’s trip destination you probably did not think would be on my list: Dahlonega, Georgia…As a girl originally from Atlanta, I know Dahlonega pretty well (I actually went to college up there for a minute!). Dahlonega is a great cabin weekend escape from the hustle and bustle.

There are some pretty great wineries up in Dahlonega for a fun girl’s trip, my personal fav is Monteluce Winery & Restaurant! The views are immaculate with a good glass of red in hand.

I 100% recommend getting an Airbnb cabin for the week/weekend instead of a hotel.

9. San Juan, Puerto Rico

Puerto Rico is one of America’s under-appreciated destinations, without a doubt. I have been to Puerto Rico several times, and each time I am just shocked at the views and the culture of the territory. This is a great place to travel if you want a change of scenery, but don’t want to travel internationally.

Old San Juan in Puerto Rico is filled with cobblestone streets and vibrant building and is a must-do in PR, but don’t sleep on some of the local islands. Vieuqes (pictured above) is a short boat ride from the main island of Puerto Rico and has the most beautiful beaches and oceans i’ve ever seen.

10. Austin, Texas

Last but not least, we’re going to take these girl’s trip destinations to the other side of the country: Austin, Texas. Artsy, aesthetic vibes await in Austin, with karaoke, cocktails, and food trucks galore.

Rainey street is the place to stay in Austin, with adorable and colorful hotels there (checkout Fairmont in Austin). If you’re looking to stay a little bit more central to the action, Downtown Austin is the place to stay (checkout The Line Hotel).

My biggest advice for Austin is just to explore, as it is everchanging!
